WASHINGTON – National Association of Counties (NACo) President Mary Jo McGuire reappointed Lowndes County, Georgia Commissioner Demarcus Marshall to another one-year term as a member of NACo’s Community, Economic and Workforce Development Policy Steering Committee.
McGuire, a commissioner in Ramsey County, Minn., issued leadership appointments shortly after being sworn in as NACo’s president on July 24, at the conclusion of NACo’s annual conference, the nation’s largest convening of county leaders.
I am honored to be able to continue to represent Lowndes County and Georgia on the Community, Economic and Workforce Development Committee.
