The Land Bank Authority catalogs properties that have been abandoned, donated or otherwise acquired and makes them available for development. Three members areappointed by Lowndes County, three members are appointed by the City of Valdosta, and one member is appointed by the Valdosta-Lowndes County Land Bank Authority subject to joint approval by Lowndes County and the City of Valdosta.
